employees will change from one place to another at that cahnged place there is no cell service which that employee using ,so he will take another sevice which avilable in that place.There is no ,loss for customers.Supose if that employee had taken postpaid conncetion he may lose some amount because he deposited the money for up to one year so he will lose that money.
